What is your return policy?
I strive for 100% customer satisfaction! All sales are final with contracted buyers based on the terms of eCrater. I will accept returns within 7 days only if item is misrepresented or not as described. Returns will be given money back less shipping costs. Please email me immediately with any issues so me may resolve it quickly.

Do you combine shipping?
I will gladly combine shipping for multiple purchases. Please let me know if you are buying multiple items so I may revise shipping costs and invoice. I try to use Priority Mail Boxes or Flat Rate Boxes for multiple items for lowest cost shipping!

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I ship internationally, but ask international bidders to email me prior to bidding so I may check to ensure that the item(s) is allowed to be mailed to their locale. Some items are just not accepted through customs in some countries.

Email me ASAP! I'm always horrified, but I do make mistakes. I will do everything necessary to get the correct item to you - fast - and resolve the issue to your satisfaction! Advise me at blonndie1965@yahoo.com.

Do I have to worry about anything breaking during shipment?
I take great pride in packaging and shipping your items. Not only do I try to ensure that there will be no breakage, but I like to surprise my customers. Every Bellissima Trucco Minerale customer should be treated as if they've just shopped at a high-end boutique!

What communication can I expect from you?
You will always receive an invoice, a receipt for your payment, feedback from me directly after payment (if purchase is made on a Site accepting Ratings), and a shipping notification once your item(s) are sent. You will always receive a packing slip with your order, as well. You should always know the status of your purchase(s)!

What form of payments do you accept?
I prefer PayPal or Google Checkout. I will, however, accept US Bank Checks and US Postal Money Orders for payment on purchases. Please advise me by email if you are sending mailed payments to avoid delays.

Do you take special orders?
Absolutely! Need something you don't see listed in my store? Need more than one of an item that is listed in my store? Just email me! I'll do my best to get what you need in a timely manner at the best price possible!

How do you calculate Shipping and Handling Charges?
I don't assess a 'Handling' charge, and I charge as close to actual shipping costs as possible with a few cents over for shipping supply expenses, when necessary. I package and weigh items prior to calculating shipping costs.

When can I expect my order to arrive?
I generally ship by via USPS or UPS within 1-3 days of receipt of cleared payment. Depending on your location, you may receive your item(s) within as little as a few days of purchase! I do my best to get items shipped as quickly as possible. However, I cannot be responsible for delayed transit time by carrier.
